In this brand-new house air samples showed the property to be full of toxic mould. The cause was the builders had put the damp proof course in the wrong place and the wooden floor is touching bricks below the DPC. All ground floor walls were wet, and all wooden floors wet at perimeter. New build is NO Guarantee of mould safety.
